She also was very rude and harshly moved my head. She also pulled out some of my hair to the roots.

The girl with pinkish-purple hair, Karen cut, did a horrible job and I look like Buddha.

The haircut it's self for my son was fine. The manager I believe Miranda was rude. We checked in online arrived a little early, no big deal. Waited 20 minutes and during that time she did not have a client, again I get it someone on the board required her prior to us. Then a different client walked in that was number 6 on the board and went right ahead of us. I asked how that happened and she said he requested me. I get that you can request but if I choose 1st available and you were available while I was sitting in your store why would we not be helped? It was very clear that her regulars get special treatment. We come here regularly but I guess not often enough. Kelsey did a nice job on my sons haircut, we would see her again but not sure that we will visit this location again. Many other locations and places to get a kids haircut that takes 15 minutes.
